* Immediately upon tour registration, a 50% deposit of the total tour price is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to departure.
* Cancellation after registration: Penalty fee is 50% of the deposit (+ visa fee, if applicable).
* Cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure: Penalty fee is 50% of the total tour price (+ visa fee, if applicable) (calculated on working days).
* Cancellation 20 days prior to departure: Penalty fee is 75% of the total tour price (+ visa fee, if applicable) (calculated on working days).
* Cancellation after the above period: Penalty fee is 100% of the total tour price (+ visa fee, if applicable) (calculated on working days).
* Cancellations must be notified directly to the Company or submitted via fax, email, or text message, and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellations made over the phone are not accepted.
* Cancellation timelines are calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

* Children under 2 years old: (sharing bed with adults).

* Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: (without a separate bed).

* Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: 100% (with a separate bed).

* Children aged 11 years and older: 100% of adult tour price.

Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 3 hours prior to departure. We accept no responsibility for any delays caused by late arrivals.

A minimum deposit of 30% of the tour price is required upon booking to secure your seat. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before departure. Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or card payment at our office.

To register for a tour, please provide complete and accurate personal information (full name, date of birth, ID/passport number) matching the documents you will use during the trip. Registration is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid in accordance with the Payment Terms.

1. Round-trip group airfare (including 1 piece of 23kg checked baggage + 5kg hand luggage).
2. International travel insurance throughout the tour.
3. Airport security fees, aviation insurance, and airport taxes for both countries (subject to change at the time of ticket issuance).
4. Local 4-star standard hotel accommodation (2 guests per room). Solo travelers who cannot be paired with a same-gender roommate in the group will be subject to a single room supplement, or if 3 guests share a room, accommodation will be provided as a Twin/Double Room + 1 Extra Bed.
- Shenzhen: Shen Zhen Deking Garden Inn Hotel or equivalent.
- Guangzhou: Guangzhou Manguo International Hotel or equivalent.
5. Group entry visa for China for Vietnamese passport holders (requires a scanned copy of the passport + a 4x6 cm digital photo with a white background).
6. 1 bottle of mineral water per guest per day.
7. Meals as specified in the program (meals may be adjusted to suit the itinerary, while maintaining or exceeding equivalent quantity and quality).
8. Air-conditioned coach transportation throughout the tour.
9. Sightseeing admission tickets as specified in the program.
10. Tour leader and local tour guide service throughout the itinerary.

1. Personal expenses, excess baggage fees, telephone charges, laundry services, and sightseeing activities outside the itinerary.
2. Single room supplement (if applicable): 2,500,000 VND.
3. Re-entry visa to Vietnam for foreign passport holders (if applicable): (Reference price 945,000 VND per guest).
4. Recommended tips for local drivers and tour guides (payable abroad calculated at the exchange rate at the time of payment): 30 USD per guest per tour, equivalent to 840,000 VND per guest per tour.

* Passports must be valid for more than 6 months from the date of departure.
* Prior to registering for the tour, please read the itinerary, terms and conditions, and included/excluded items carefully.
* Guests who already hold a valid visa will receive a discount of 500,000 VND.
* If a guest is denied exit or entry by immigration authorities due to personal reasons (e.g., blurred or unclear original photos/information, expired or non-compliant passport), the travel agency assumes no responsibility and will not refund the tour fees.
* Citizens must fulfill all tax obligations to the state and have no legal violations to be eligible for exit. The agency is not liable for compensation if a guest is barred from leaving due to unpaid tax debts.
* Guests aged 70 and above must ensure adequate health conditions to participate in the tour and are encouraged to travel with relatives for assistance. Guests with underlying conditions or frail health must provide a doctor's clearance certificate for overseas travel.
* Pregnant guests must inform tour staff at the time of booking for further advice and consult a physician prior to departure.
* As this is a join-in group tour, a minimum of 10 adult passengers is required to operate as scheduled. If the minimum count is not met, the agency will notify guests 5 days prior to departure to reschedule or issue a full refund of the paid amount.
* Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery must update their passports to reflect their current appearance. The agency is not responsible for entry refusal or non-refundability resulting from discrepancies between the passport photo and actual appearance.
* Flight schedules are subject to airline operations and may change without prior notice.
* The group visa for China requires all members to enter and exit the country together on the exact scheduled dates.
* The Chinese government recommends that all foreign visitors complete an online arrival declaration prior to immigration procedures. Guests can complete the form via: https://s.nia.gov.cn/ArrivalCardFillingPhone/
* This is a dedicated sightseeing tour; guests are not permitted to deviate from the group. (Guests choosing to detach from the group will incur a separation fee charged by the local Chinese operator).
* Guests holding a loose-leaf visa must bring it along. Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals must carry a valid Vietnam re-entry visa.
* Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by parents or a designated guardian carrying an official letter of authorization from the parents.
* The agency will provide full documentation support within its capability in the event a guest is denied entry into China.
* In force majeure circumstances (e.g., terrorism, natural disasters) or schedule changes by public transportation providers (flights, trains), the agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time for guest safety and convenience, and will not be liable for any arising damages.

* Passport: Scanned or photographed clearly; must not be cropped/missing corners, laid completely flat at 180 degrees, and free of visible fingers.
* Photo (4x6 cm): Taken within the last 6 months, white background, facial features clearly visible, neutral expression (no smiling), no jewelry, and free of Photoshop or digital editing/filters.

* For travelers UNDER 18 YEARS OLD, please provide additional scanned copies of original documents as follows:
  - BIRTH CERTIFICATE: Required if traveling with parent(s).
  - BIRTH CERTIFICATE + AUTHORIZATION LETTER: Required if not traveling with parent(s).
Note: If an authorization letter is provided, please also include a scanned copy of the passport or Citizen ID Card (CCCD) of the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) issuing the authorization.
