Children under 02 years old: 30% charge; parents handle meals, entrance fees, and related needs for the baby.

From 02 to under 10 years old: 90% of adult price (sharing bed with adults).

From 11 years old and above: 100% adult tour price, with extra bed.

A minimum deposit of 50% of the tour value is required, with the balance to be paid in full in accordance with the regulations.

Cancellation after registration: Penalty of 50% of the deposit (plus visa fees, if applicable).

Cancellation 30 days prior: Penalty of 50% of the total tour price (plus visa fees, if applicable) (calculated based on working days).

Cancellation 20 days prior: Penalty of 75% of the total tour price (plus visa fees, if applicable) (calculated based on working days).

Cancellation after the above deadlines: Penalty of 100% of the total tour value (plus visa fees, if applicable) (calculated based on working days).

Trip cancellation must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, or text message, and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellations made solely by phone call are not accepted.

Cancellation timing is calculated based on working days; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded.

Prices calculated for children sharing a bed with parents; if separate bedding is requested for children, please pay 100% of the tour price;

Prices apply to customers aged 10 to 69. Guests aged 70 and above will pay an additional differential fee for premium insurance. Guests aged 75 and above are required to have a health certificate issued by a competent medical authority certifying fitness for overseas travel and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old;

Prices are subject to change if airlines increase fuel surcharges and visa fees change;

Itineraries and flight times are subject to change depending on specific departure dates. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted based on actual conditions while ensuring all attractions are fully visited;

Passports must remain valid for more than 6 months (calculated from the end of the trip). Group procedures must be completed 10 working days in advance (for visa processing and air ticketing);

Throughout the journey, guests are strictly prohibited from leaving the group arbitrarily. If guests have relatives abroad who wish to join the program, please contact the travel company before departure. In case of no prior notice, we reserve the right to refuse service for the arising cases;

Services are booked and paid in advance, so members who split from the group or do not use services will not be refunded. All changes must be agreed upon with the tour leader; individual changes cannot be accommodated. If changes affect the itinerary and services (skipping attractions, dropping services, etc.), guests must accept the resulting consequences;

If guests are denied exit and entry due to personal reasons, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fare;

For guests who have undergone facial plastic surgery, reissuing the passport is mandatory. If guests do not reissue their passport, the company will not be responsible for immigration issues. All service cancellation penalties will be the customer's responsibility;

In objective cases such as terrorism, natural disasters, or incidents/changes in public transport schedules (airplanes, trains, etc.), the company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for customer convenience and safety and will not be liable for compensation for arising damages;

This is a sightseeing program with price support regulated by Chinese tourism authorities. Please kindly not skip the designated shopping stops in the itinerary. If skipping shopping stops, guests are requested to pay a surcharge of 2,600,000 VND / stop as regulated by the travel company, payable directly to the accompanying tour guide. Shopping stops included in the program: Rubber Shop, Medicine Shop, Jade Shop.

Scan/photo of original passport valid for more than 6 months from the tour end date (JPG format);

02 photos size 4x6 cm with white background (JPG format) (No jewelry, forehead visible, ears uncovered, no glasses);

If a guest's passport has never traveled anywhere or lacks a place of birth, please add an endorsement note; otherwise, a group visa cannot be processed;

For children, in addition to the above documents, provide a scanned copy of the original birth certificate in JPG format. If traveling with only father or mother, provide an authorization letter from the parent not traveling (if parents are divorced, submit the original divorce decree for verification);

In case China's group visa policy changes or the group visa is rejected, customers must pay an additional surcharge of 1,500,000 VND/person to process an individual visa (sticker visa) if sufficient time permits. If the customer refuses to pay the individual visa surcharge, cancellation penalties will apply according to regulations (Individual visa surcharges are subject to change upon notification from the visa center);

Passports without birth date and month cannot be processed for a group visa; guests are requested to apply for an individual visa.
